Located in the central Virginia area, Intrinsic Echo trains people and business organizations in the finer points of communication. We bring light to communication’s vital role in:
- excellent customer service
- effective leadership
- elevated productivity
- employee satisfaction
The training sessions we deliver make audiences fully aware of their personal responsibility in creating any effective communication process. We understand that communication is far more than words being spoken. Communication includes effective listening, body language awareness, respectful attention to alternate points of view, and ultimately making informed and appropriate responses.
Like any skill, we know communication can be taught, rehearsed, and formed into useful daily habits that fully empower people to succeed. Let us show you how great communication can positively transform the people and the processes in any organization!
About Natalie Dyess - Lead Trainer and Founder

Natalie Dyess, founder of Intrinsic Echo and lead trainer, is a person with a passion to help young adults and employees discover their abilities in communication and leadership. Natalie left a successful career as a manager with a major corporation to stay at home with her children when they were younger. Her previous career in Customer Support and Management as well as coaching high school students in speech and debate gave her an insight into the value of communication in creating excellent customer service and leadership.
Natalie holds a B.A. in Marketing and recently graduated with an M.A. in Communications.
Today, Natalie writes, creates and presents training sessions, and strives to help others understand the importance of successful communication skills. A professed introvert, she understands that even the shyest person can benefit from these skills and often can become some of the best speakers, communicators, and leaders.
