Take Me To Your Manager is where a customer can let your management know about an employee's above average, fantastic, or just plain stand out customer service.
This is a program where shoppers will notify employees of exceptional or beyond average customer service. This will allow your company and its management to recognize excellent customer service and encourage others to foster an environment where excellent customer service thrives and becomes part of the core competency of your organization.
When a customer presents a card to an employee they can ask the employee to speak to your management staff to let them know in person what a positive reflections the employee had on them. They can also leave the card for the employee to give to the manager if they are busy. The card has contact information on the back so the manager can get in touch with the customer to follow up.
